Born in 1967, Banks majored in mechanics in university. After graduation,he has been |

engaged in MISDI. Since 1993---2002, Banks had been working for P& O Nedlloyd (China)

Ltd, the worldwide well-known carrier. During that period, Banks, the sales manager
in
|
|
NanJing branch of P&O Nedlloyd (China) Ltd, had been promoted line manager mainly
responsible for FGT, FIT,
|
|
ASIAN, EAF, AUSTRALIAN, and NEW ZEALAND lines. In 2002, Banks immigrated into New
Zealand and worked for
|
|
COSCO branch in New Zealand. Out of the love for China `s shipping cause and its
great prospect, he gave up

comfortable life abroad and returned to China and founded Ways Global Logistics
Co., Ltd. in July, 2004 |

Banks shows great zeal for photography, traveling and sports. Every year, he drives
his jeep across China
